Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase from Laylayscutescoops.com. By placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

Mystery scoop terms and disclaimer

Please read carefully before purchasing. By placing your order, you explicitly agree to the following terms:

  • 100% Randomized Items: Every scoop is completely random. Beads are mixed thoroughly, and we cannot guarantee specific items, colors, sizes, or shapes.
  • Value Guarantee: We guarantee that the retail value of the items inside your scoop will always meet or exceed the price you paid for the scoop.
  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the surprise nature of this product, we do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or partial refunds if you are unhappy with the items you randomly received. We will try to accommodate your request, and will strive to pick the very best fit for your request, but we can not guarantee items, characters, colors, or themes.
  • Video Requests: While we love filming scoops for TikTok/social media, and we try to do videos as often as possible. Requesting a video does not guarantee one will be filmed or posted. Fulfillment of your physical order is not dependent on a social media video unless you  purchased a video add on. 

Shipping & Package Claims:

Once packages are handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx), we are not responsible for transit delays, lost packages, or items damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us so we can file a carrier claim.

What we need:

Tell us your favorite colors, themes, or characters! Item you DO NOT want. We will try our absolute best to match your preferences based on what lands in your scoop, but please remember that items are ultimately 100% randomized and subject to current stock. Specific requests cannot be guaranteed. However we will remove or exchange bead you do not want. Please also let us know if you DO NOT want a 5 bead exchange for legendary items. If you do not let us know 5 or more of the same beads will be upgraded to a legendary ball.
